The March BWE, and Data Gathering
It's a little less than two weeks to go before we reach the next BWE, so now is as good a time as any to get things organized. We had a good turnout with people volunteering to help us last time (for which we are thankful) and we can use a little assistance again, as this time; i'd like to direct attention to the subject of armor.
We've got a nice collection of data on all the sets, but we don't have images for the complete set, as honestly - it is far too much work for a small team such as ours to gather all the resources needed to make all sets, for all professions, for both sexes, in the matter of one weekend.
For the sake of organization, i'll ask this first: Does anyone that wishes to contribute already have an upgraded armor set? And if so, which one, and which sex is it for? Doing this will allow us to check off what we do, and do not have, so there won't be any overlap in what we still need to complete.
And lastly, when it comes time for the BWE (it'll be here before you know it) if you go to take pictures of the armor - the best place to do so would be at the character select screen. This keeps the background static, and less distracting (or easier to edit out if need be.)
Thanks for any offers or consideration - we can't offer you fame or fortune, but i'm pretty sure that helping will make you more attractive to the opposite sex. I'm not entirely certain of this, but relatively sure, and really, there's only one way to find out... right?

Well, playing a woman wouldn't be so bad if they were not all bimbos; its actually quite discusting. I mean they are all 36 breasts and stuff. I'd like a nice 70 year old hag for an avatar, with some well-earned wrinkles, thank you very much. This is role-playing game -- not a competitor for playboy soft-porn. Any self-respecting woman would be forced to play a man, at least you can build an ugly guy.

er. why would a woman have to play a man to be "self-respecting"?

Female Pyro (Silver) and Master's (Black) on hand. Can crank out any other suit of armor on a moment's notice.
Peace,

I have screenshots of female Necromancer, female Ranger and female Elementalist newbie armor....all of it is the first level of crafted armor except the necro....which is the second level but I don't think it looks any different from the first.
I did notice that the necro and elementalist got a change in armor since the Jan BWE, I have screenshots of both.

They flipped the female Master's and Elementalist's graphics. So the catsuit is the baseline armor now, the fairy costume Master's.
They've been reworking a bunch of other armors as well - I noticed that Drakescale and Dragon armor had real graphics now, too. So you really do have to have each of these armor sets, because old screenies aren't going to cut it.
Peace,
-CxE
